Protein Bars

Once again I made a video (3 parts) how to make these delicious, nutritious, irresistible PROTEIN heavenly SQUARES!

 

 

This time I am making them with absolutely NO SUGAR, MAPLE SYRUP, HONEY or any other SABOTAGING OUR GORGEOUSNESS ALIENS!!!

Simply FATS PROTEINS CARBS!!!
This recipe is getting better and better!!!

I use:

  • 6 SCOOPS OF PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE ( I mostly use Progenex for Mocha or Peanut butter and IsoPure for Banana and Mango Peach)
  • 8-10 TABLE SPOONS OF PEANUT/ALMOND/CASHEW/WALNUT BUTTER (Added more fat since TOTALLY CUTTED OUT SUGARS!)
  • 5-10 TABLE SPOONS OF COCONUT OIL
  • 1 CUP OF BRAN SUGAR FREE RICE CRISPS
  • 1 CUP OF OAT FLOUR

Remember FATS keep you full longer and prevent you from unnecessary snacking!
So this time recipe got even simpler!
You can play with you healthy fats and add more coconut oil than the peanut or cashew, all depends on your taste!
This is just an example!

BE CREATIVE!!! HAVE FUN AND EXPERIMENT BY ADDING OTHER FAVORITE THINGS!
